杨贵妃传媒 acted as the Construction Manager at Risk to complete this LEED Gold facility consisting of a five-story building. The One Greenway Centre features sustainable green elements such as low VOC paints, adhesives, sealers and flooring, FSC certified wood, and zero CFC HVAC refrigerants. The building also includes low water consumption restroom fixtures, white TPO roofing material, and during construction the team directed construction waste on the project to be recycled.
