Daniel Ducrou is a writer based in Melbourne, Australia.
His writing has appeared in The Age, The Big Issue, Sleepers Almanac, Kill Your Darlings and the Review of Australian Fiction. His first novel, THE BYRON JOURNALS, was published by Text after being shortlisted for an Australian Vogel and a Victorian Premier's Literary Award. Ducrou has appeared at writers' festivals both here and overseas, and enjoys teaching creative writing in schools.
Aside from writing, Ducrou's passions include Aboriginal history, surf travel and good literature.
His second book is a memoir of surfing and unplanned fatherhood called CONTROL.
