About Holston House:

The Holston House by Hyatt is a premier boutique hotel and part of the brand’s The Unbound Collection. Since 1929, the historic building has welcomed travelers, artists, creatives, and locals to its one-of-a-kind venue embracing the Nashville spirit of Music City. Located in downtown, the nearly century old building required the demolition of interior spaces to facilitate the construction of a 191-key Hyatt Collection Hotel with associated meeting space, bar, kitchen, restaurant, fitness center, and rooftop bar with pool deck. Based on our successful completion of this project, we were directly selected to build the client’s next hotel in Nashville the Tempo by Hilton.
