Specifically, Brentwood-based Bell & Associates Construction has been selected as the design-build contractor for project. The building will be located at 505 Second Ave. N. and include at least 100 units of permanent housing and a downtown homeless service center. The facility will provide on-site counseling, basic hygiene and health services, and case management and housing navigation.

The Metro Department of General Services will oversee the project. A rendering has not yet been released.
